if your hard drive still works, you are ok. but if it isn't... then there is no way to retrieve your music that i know of. if your hard drive works, you need to open your old computer and take it out. then put into a case like this one http://www.Amazon.com/3506UC-External-Hard-Drive-Enclosure/dp/B0019RNYZQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1212872502&sr=8-1 and connect it to your new computer. copy the files off the old hard drive onto your new computer, then open iTunes and add the new files to your library. if your hard drive is fried, your only hope is to use expensive software like Alsoft's DiskWarrior http://www.alsoft.com/DiskWarrior/index.html there is no guarentee that this software will work.
