Well, there are many ways to tell if a Pokemon card is fake, and I probably don't know all of them. But, the ways that work for me are: 1) check the back of the card. If the blue swirly part is more purple or brighter than your other cards, then it is probably fake. 2) Look at the energy symbols. if the design inside the circle touches the rim, it is also probably fake. 3) Look for typos in the text. If you see typos it is fake. 4) Check the evolution area in the corner. If it is wrong, it's fake. 5) If the ends are too pointy, it could be fake (every rare once in a while the cards end up like that, though). 6) The text size is probably the most noticable. If it is too big or too small, it is fake, Wow... I typed more than expected... Hope this helped:)
No, People Tricked You, Its A Fake
If it is light on the back its is fake if it is dark its real.
if it's fake it's all shiny if its real its not
It's not real I think If it is, it is ultra rare!
This is the place I go to to make fake Pokemon cards http://pokemoncardmaker.org/. (You can print the card you make and than glue it to a sucky Pokemon card and trade it for a real card lol cause when you print them out they don't have the Pokemon ball on the back of it!)
check if it's paper
you have to have the real one and see if its fake or not
actually shadow lugia real, as it was sited in 'Pokemon gale of darkness'. however the Pokemon card shadow lugia is a fake
fake!
DON'T. DO. THIS. Trading pokemon between real and fake games will usually destroy both the real and fake game's save files. I REPEAT DON'T DO IT. I lost my Pokemon Pearl and my fake Pokemon Diamond because of this :(
Here's how you can tell a Pokemon is fake: Lets just say for example you have completed the pokedex you can see each Pokemon's picture in the pokedex if you see a Pokemon that isn't on that list in the wild or in a battle then it's fake. Also another meaning to fake Pokemon are Pokemon captured using cheats you can tell there fake because they will have incredible stats and should have the Pokemon virus called pokerus also it shouldn't mention where the Pokemon was captured unless they cheated to reach the area where they catch it.
Pokemon oval, i think its fake but it might be the fake name of Pokemon platinimun if you are worndering what it is its a glitch free vertion of Pokemon pearl and dimond its real name is Pokemon platinmun and yes its real
