No. There isn't a third movie in The Lion King story, so there naturally can't be a fourth movie in the series.
The release that was titled The Lion King 3 was simply the international title of the direct-to-video feature, The Lion King 1½ from 2004, so while it is technically a third movie it does not in any way advance the story from The Lion King one & two.

The movie that was called The Lion King 3 was simply the international title of the 2004 direct-to-DVD release The Lion King 1½ in 2004.
It was a prequel featuring Timon & Pumba & did nothing to advance the story from the first & second movies.

No official confirmation from the Walt Disney Company has been made stating a fourth Lion King film is in production as of now and may never will be as Disney/Pixar Animation chief John Lasseter stated The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning will be the last Disney sequel to any of its theatrically released animated films.
