I would say Ramen Noodles are not good for pregnant women. Ramen noodles have a high salt content which could lead to hypertension and high blood pressure. Ramen Noodles are also high in carbohydrates which causes weight gain along with other health problems if consumed on a regular basis. Ramen noodles also do not contain a lot of fiber or vitamins and minerals. So they should not be eaten on a regular or daily basis, pregnant or not.
