If they have given you a provisional admission, they must have indicated to you that your admission to the university and/or program of study is contingent on you following through with whatever it is that have indicated. Each provisional letter describes the reasons for a conditional acceptance. If this has not occurred then you should contact the Office of Graduate Admissions and inquire about the conditions particular to your acceptance.
