It all depends on the person. I just drank one bottle at around 10:00 am... the first effects kicked in around 12:00pm. The more water I drank, the better the result. I have heard they can last quite some time... 8 hours or more. I would say if you are planning to use this, clear your schedule and stay close to a bathroom. Do not forget to drink plenty of water so you do not dehydrate.
