My 2003 Honda Accord passenger side door suddenly stopped closing completely The door does not fly open but the door ajar light stays on and the dome light comes on and off What is the issue?

check to see if the push button switch in the door jam, is loosely mounted or stuck. if not take the mounting bolt out and pull switch out. look for loose wiring or bad connection.
