Highly doubtful you'll find one for free. You'll need a Ford manual for the chassis and a Fleetwood manual for the body. You're going to have to accept that these are both going to come with a price tag. For the chassis, you can pay about $25 for a Chilton or Haynes manual, or closer to $100 for the much more detailed shop manual. You'll have to contact Fleetwood about their manual.
