To send a PowerPoint:
- Save it onto your computer
- Go to your e-mail servece
- Write an e-mail
- Add an attachment by clicking Browse
- Select your PowerPoint document
- Then send!

You can try some software (click the link below). I have once make a 41 MB PowerPoint file into a 1.3 MB flash. All the features in your PowerPoint would be retained.
