The following instructions are designed for configuring Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 to save all
future presentations in a format that is accessible to all previous versions of Microsoft
PowerPoint.
To start PowerPoint 2007, Click Start, All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office
PowerPoint 2007.

All depending on what version of Microsoft Excel you have - there's a tab along the top toolbar that says "Format".
In Microsoft Powerpoint 2007,click on design on the top screen and click on one of the designs. This only works in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007.To change the backround in Microsoft PowerPoint2007 you right click on the backround and go on format backround.
Powerpoint and Microsoft Word are separate applications. One does not need the other. So you can make Powerpoint presentations if you don't have Microsoft Word. Usually they both come as part of Microsoft Office, so if you have one you will also have the other.
In Microsoft Word, first select the paragraph, then go to the Format menu and pick Columns. You can then set the columns to be the way you want. There is also a columns icon on the toolbar.
Click format then background & design. You can choose the coulors & design you want
PowerPoint only accepts .avi,.asf and .mpeg video formats.
From the upper toolbar choose Format - Background.You will get a color palette. Pick a color and it is done :-)
