On a 2001 Chevy venture my rear sliding door worked properly yesterday and today the only way to open the door is manually.fuse is fine what else can I check without going to dealership?

Check for a child lock-out. Usually this is located on the leading edge of the open door (where is can't be reached while the door is closed.) If there is a panel in the headliner between the driver and passenger look for a lock-out there. I had this happen just days ago.
