On a 91 buick lesabre you turn the key you hear clicking but the car does not turn over battery is fully charged and has a good connection why does it not start?

check to see if the battery terminals are tight then locate the starter relay and check it. iif the relay is bad replace it . the relay should be under the hood. the other thing it may be is a locked up starter in which case you will have to replace it. but start with the terminals first.
