On cold start the engine idles real high then low then high then low it does this until the car gets warm ive replaced the tps and the pcv vaulve 1995 Monte Carlo v6 3.4?

I cant believe all the numpties on here who answer questions with questions, if you dont know the answer dont bother.
Telling somene a cold engine will rev high is not the answer, anyone who drives knows the difference between starting and driving a car with a fault when cold to a normal car with no fault !
