Without knowing the circumstances or your relationship to her, it is probably best not to offer advice unless she makes it clear that she would like your advice. If she does ask for advice, be prepared for her to consider your advice and choose to take another path. Right now that's her choice. She may choose to marry her boyfriend, keep the baby and bring it up herself, adopt the baby out, or terminate her pregnancy. There are many decisions she has to consider, without undue pressure. As her friend, your first responsibility is to her.
