Are you stressed about something? Stress or anxiety tend to delay (or sometimes skip) a regular period. If you are nervous about being pregnant that could have caused the urge to throw up. 99% of the time a pregnancy test doesn't lie... if you still havent had a period by next week you should call your doctor.
