Hi,
took me a while to work this one out!
Go to "www.YOURWEBSITENAME/administrator/includes/toolbar.php" and edit the file on line 138, taking out Help.
To avoid confusion - because there is apostrophes, speech marks etc - the line should now read:-
$bar->appendButton( '', $ref, $com );
( where the " is actually two times ' )
Still abit confusing!
Hope this helps

No. Joomla Templates are for Joomla only. However, you can mimic the design for your static page. Some server side scripting are embedded or added on the Joomla's source. If you want to use it for your static page, you have to remove these scripts and save the source as html. But if your template is in html, then you won't be having any problems.
It all depends on the Content Management system (CMS) that they are using. CMS's are wordpress, drupal, joomla, and more. Joomla for instance is free and you can download many extensions that make your site very advanced. On the backend, you can edit the introductory email that is sent when people register to your site. If you already have a site, but no backend or CMS like the ones above then look into adding a web form that captures user's email and name so you can email them or promote your products ...like Aweber.
