You haven't been honest yet about cheating, how dare you even answer this question about honesty.
In order to live in a healthy, loving relationship it is always best to be faithful (among many other things) as well as honest - honesty is always the best policy.

I think confessing is the right thing to do, before it goes bad and hurt lots of people. This will also help you to know if you confess to your love one of what you did and really be sorry about it, he or she will forgive you. Love can make your world different..

If you feel confessing is the right thing to do before it hurts; obviously your wife; if you already know or think she will forgive you by confessing, and she loves you, you have already done something wrong.
You would not have said you should be more honest with your wife if you haven't done something you already feel guilt for. Guilt will eat at you and do more to destroy a relationship than just being honest about what you did.
Tell her the truth. In the end if she loves you, she will forgive you and you will have a stronger marriage based on honesty and truth.
Advice; be faithful in ALL ways, be honest in ALL ways, ALWAYS tell the truth.

∙ 13y agoWell you should cause some day you will get caught cheating AND lying. BUT if there is something THAT serious maybe you should just lie just A LITTLE bit. But other than that, just come clean.

Definitely, if not it may take a while but one way or the other this will come back to you and bite you in the ass. Telling the truth is a lot better than making up story. The person that was hurt will feel more betrayed if the real truth comes out. Do remember that the truth will set you free, and we all know that truth hurt but at least we know, right?

I believe if I ever did this, (which I don't think I could) I would only answer direct questions without giving more information than what is asked for. (Without lying about it) While some people have over active imaginations and may make things in their mind out to be much worse than whatever the scenario actually was. Others don't want the dirty details.
I once suggested to someone to confess all to a priest (or minister) not to his emotionally fragile wife who was going through cancer treatment. I believe wives usually know what is what. They may only admit to knowing "so - much" because that is all they can deal with a the moment.
Wrongly being accused of cheating is a devastating thing to go through - make sure you have undeniable proof if this is something you are going to accuse someone of - if you have cheated make sure you know the emotional balance of the person you need to tell.

* No, you should not believe your boyfriend. If he was telling the truth and told the girl he loved her then why would she become psychotic? He has been cheating on you and you either caught him cheating or someone else told you and he was simply caught cheating. He isn't much of a man when he would lie about the girl being psychotic. The truth of the matter is he cheated, you know, he is blaming the girl. Get rid of him!
