yes, everyone should exercise daily and eat healthy foods no matter how much they weight. unless of course you are underweight, then you don't really need to exercise. anyway, you need to exercise for at least 30minutes to an hour 5 times a week, or every other day. stretch everyday and before and after exercising and even in between exercising if you feel like you need to. if you are not used to exercise, start out slow and increase each week. don't over work yourself and make sure you drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise. quit Carbonated Beverages, like soda, completely. those beverages only make your body retain excess water weight. eat plenty of fruits and veggies everyday and don't forget the lean proteins, like chicken, fish and steak. take a multivitamin everyday and fish oil capsules are very good for you too. i wish the best in your weight loss journey, never give up on a healthy lifestyle. :D
