Why not move? If there is a good reason to move for a school, or job take the risk and move. Change is part of life and your entire life will have some sort of change happen. Make a list of the good and bad things if you move to see if that helps you.

Where did each US President live when they were elected president?

ummm The White House. BS...the question seeks to differentiate between the state of birth and the state of residence...Barack Obama born in Hawaii but lived in Illinois when elected; George W. Bush-born in Connecticut but lived in Texas; George H.W. Bush born in Massachusetts but lived in Texas: Ronald Reagan born in Illinois but lived in California; Gerald Ford-born in Nebraska but lived in Michigan (though he was never elected). Sometimes the state of birth and the state of residence are the same: Bill Clinton-Arkansas; Jimmy Carter-Georgia; Richard Nixon-California; Lyndon Johnson-Texas....they don't live in the White House until after they are innaugurated.

If I state I've never been married on the application for a marriage license do they check records at that time or only when I actually submit the license?

It sounds as though you should check into the penalty for providing false information on an application for a marriage license. It sounds as though you are contemplating fraud. You should obtain legal advice before you proceed.
