Sort of. Although regular carbonara uses pancetta (Italian bacon) which is basically bacon but it isn't smoked, bacon works just fine too so you can just substitute pancetta with halal turkey bacon and it should be just as good (preferably thicker turkey bacon).

Because they will loss many non muslim customers if they dont serve wine. The second choice of breakfast contain pork meat (bacon) and it is not Halal! And there is a sentence in the bottom menu line that mention " All foods are Halal ", Emitaes Airlines should correct the menu, because many people don't read the menu or don't know the meaning of words properly and choose the food which is not Halal.
