What is a stormbreaker?

When the uncle who raised him disappears, he is recruited and armed with high tech aids to embark on his first mission. He investigates the motivations of a billionaire Ian Rider, who has gifted the nation's schools with free Stormbreaker super computers. He learns activation of these computers will launch a secret weapon throughout the country and he is in a race against time to stop it.
