Swapped a 94 2.2l into a 97 2.2l i realized the only thing different is the egr's but still able to swap but since the 94 is obd1 and the 97 is a obd2 i ran into cam knock crank sensor problems?

Ok the Cavalier 94 block is slightly different to the Cavalier 97 block, the 97 has Cam, Knock, and a Crank sensor but the 94 does not. So when I installed the 94 engine into the 97 Cavalier I was not able to plug the 3 sensors in so I just left them to hang around.
The car just rolls over and doesn't even try to start.
Will the car run without the the 3 sensors hooked up, and how do I bypass this?
