The three P's of Diabetes are: Polyuria, Polydipsia, and Polyphagia. Polyuria is excessive urination, Polydipsia is excessive drinking of water, and Polyphagia is unexplained weight loss, or at least little to no change in weight regardless of how much you eat. Though they are known as the three P's of Diabetes, all three only apply to Diabetes Mellitus(type I and type II), only the first two apply to Diabetes Insipidus, or sugarless (flavorless) Diabetes.
