Nala doesn't have a brother in the final outcome of the film's universe. In the making of the first film, she was intented to have a younger brother named Mheetu but he was cut out from the story in early production. Note; cut out, not written out. Mheetu simply doesn't exist in the movie universe. Only some concept drawings remain of him ever existing.

Nala has only one cub. Her first and only child is the daughter Kiara who we see in the film The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride. In a fanfiction book series wherein Kiara doesn't exist, there is a son named Kopa but he never existed in the movie universe where Kiara does. Because the first film's makers said on the commentary track of the DVD in 2003 that the cub in the end of the movie is not Kopa but called "Fluffy" and it has no gender. And thus, as the only official sequel - the Simba's Pride movie - introduces Kiara and uses the genderless "Fluffy" for baby Kiara in the official trailer, the genderless "Fluffy" and the girl Kiara blend into one. Resulting in Nala and Simba's first and only child being the daughter Kiara.
