you basically need to rip/cut the arms off a light grey button up top with a collar and attach a turquoise/light blue tie. then you need a black skirt with an optional blue stripe round the bottom edge. you will need black tights and black shoes or thigh-high boots. that are the basics. you will also want headset with red lights, some sort of cylender-type arm attachment things, a LONG turqoise/blue wig tied in piggytails (optional), you may also want to include miku's charachter item wich is a leek. a leek is a sort of long green and white vegtable wich is available at most grocery stores. be sure to do lots of research on miku-chan before you start this cosplay/costume :)
