Students cannot express themselves; expressing oneself plays a big role in the social growth and development of children and teens. Also, when there are uniforms, there are lots of restrictions as to how you can wear them (always have your shirt tucked in, skirt cant be above the knees, etc), thus, more children will get in trouble because they usually fail to follow these simple rules.
