Both camcorders have good video quality, but the Kodak ZI8 provides better color in its video. Kodak ZI8 also include a mic input while the Toshiba Camileo S20 does not. The Kodak ZI8 does a better job with macro than the Toshiba Camileo S20, But the Kodak ZI8 is much more expensive when comparing the prices on ebay and amazon. ZI8 is better, but they both record in HD with pretty much similar specs.
