There is no 'treatment' as such for whatever was meant by "a small brain". No two brains are alike anyway, in any dimension one cares to define. Irrespective of whatever measurement and statistic prompted this question, in fact the ONLY thing that matters are the cognitive abilities of the individual. A child psychologist would be able to determine these and, where necessary, plan appropriate cognitive training interventions.
