Pickles have been studied for over four centuries, and scientists are working on this. The Valasic Scientific Center for Pickle Research in Florance, Italy, has tried to find nutritional value within the atomic structures of the pickle; however, they were unable to find any.

Vitamin C but becareful there are little bits of sliworns which are like a bad vitamin so be very careful not to eat to many because the sliworns will finally destroy your teeth :)

Vitamins are broken down by cooking. The less heat applied to pickles, the more vitamins are retained. A crisp pickle will have more vitamins than a limp one.

Not quite, dill pickles have a medium sized amount of Vitamin K. 1 cup of dill pickles has 26 mcg (0.026 mg) of Vitamin K.
