Being in year 8 is so much fun and there is so much to choose from. If you mean that you get to choose what you study then you should play to your strengths and your favourites. If you mean what you should get prepared for, then I am going to say Algebra and film analysis. Those were the two I found the hardest, but I'm sure you will be fine :D
