I attended the Academy from 1966-1970. Latin was taught but was eliminated in the easrly 60's. The choices from 66-1970 were French and German. There was a beautiful blonde girl there from 66 to 70 named Sandra Caporiano. She may have know some Greek as she attended Stevesn from the 3rd grade to the 12th.
As a graduate of the last graduating class of Stevens Academy I can unequivocally state-NO! The Russian language was never taught at Stevens Academy while I was there and using (yearbook references) within recent history. Languages that were taught were French ( various instructors) and German- both more or less Main-line, and in the last couple of years, they did have a Spanish course. This may have been to placate a demand for more street-usable language skills- as there were some Hispanic bros, or rather Hermanos,. namely the Pena Brothers, in Stevens. Greek was not taugjt either. Latin was, historically, but not when I was there. I can recall a funny incident that happenedI I found a ( code book) that had the name and address of a Girl who had graduated the first year I was in Stevens- on the Path or a Bus- not sure- She was a real Knockout- a tall and lovely Blonde. The whole thing was in some sort of cipher or code looking like a foreign language- but it was clearly Not Russian. Dad suggested I take it in, surrpetiously, to my History Teacher, who was in Intelligence during the War, so had the right background. Mr. Stevens took one look- this cipher is based on modern Greek! as far as I know she (the girl) never took Greek! so the mystery devolves. So Greek was not taught on site, either though Ancient History was. Class of l974 man here!

Aristotle, a famous greek naturalist/philosopher studied at Plato's Academy. Nobody, just Plato and some others. The above answer by some unknown person is wrong, since Aristotle taught Plato. That is incorrect. Socrates taught Plato, Plato taught Aristotle. The first answer was correct.
