Technically - Yes you do and you may get into trouble if you don't have a permit.
But why should that stop you? So long as your polite, the most you will get is asked to move along.
I run a social enterprise that encourages children to start businesses and we debated this exact topic here:

Please let us know what you think :)
Theoretically if you place your stand on land that is owned by the town, city or state, you need a permit.
The laws and by-laws are different in every city, state and country, and you will need to speak to City Hall if you want to secure a pass.
That being said, Police often turn the other cheek with these businesses, especially if they are run by minors.

Another thing to remember - If you place your stand on property that is privately owned, you do not need a permit, but you do need permission from the owner of the land.
If you do it on your own private land, you do not need a permit.
well what i think is if you have a busy st. or if you dont go to one of your relatives (with a busy st.)oh and if you have a lemonade stand do in a driveway
No you don't need a permit
no you don't
yes, for every single stste you need a permit.
You have to buy the costume to sell the lemonade.
$500
Yes you may, but you ust be 12 or under. My daughter owns a lemonade stand and sells popcorn balls with them.
If you intend to sell homemade lemonade commercially (beyond just selling to family and friends) in the UK, you will need a food hygiene certificate from your local authority. Supposedly they're not too difficult to obtain though.
no
Selling lemonade that you made yourself and are not trying to make a business out of is legal, but if you want to have a business in that kind of stuff, you need a permit/license to sell.
Sell lemonade and save your money
exactly that: you don't get a lemonade stand permit nothing more nothing less
yes
