It is found above the brake lever on the left side of the car. Even on the right hand drive models, as the Plums at PSA left all the brake mechnism on the left of the car and added a linkage from the right side for right hand drive models. (This cases some cars to allow the passenger to apply the break, ours seems to have a protective cover to prevent this.
Anyway the switch is mounted above the lever in the left footwell, nicely behind the glovebox!!! You can remove the gloveboxe for easy access but you should be able to do it (Just) without having to. When you remove the nice bit of carpet above the footwell and get your head in to look, you should be able to see a little green block with 4 wires going in. That is the connector at the bottom of the switch.
I haven't replaced mine yet, but i believe you just twist the switch to remove it, and then you can take it off the plug and put the new one on. Not tools required.
