The best age to start working out and is common for kids to start would be the pre-teen years such as ages 10 to 12 to 14 ect. The development of the body is at its prime at these years and it will aid you when working out in your later years because your body will be adjusted to it from when you were younger. but DO NOT over do it because you could seriously damage yourself in many ways that if your a kid would probably last longer than injuring yourself when your older.
