Worms can, and starfish too. If a salamander is being attacked, then its tail falls off. That distracts the predator long enough for the salamander to make a quick getaway. It can then regrow the tail and eventually be good as new.
Many lizards can regenerate their tails; axolotls can regenerate toes, or even internal organs. Many insects and Spiders can regenerate lost limbs, but usually they have to wait until they molt (shed their exo-skeleton).
One I know is the Sea Cucumber. It has the ability to grow back organs. It has no defence against predators. So it turns it self inside out let the predator eat what it wants. Afterwards it turns back and goes on its way and in time what ever the fish ate grows back. The Starfish grows back any lost limbs too.
Some lizards can grow back a lost tail. Some worms can grow back most of itself, although worms do not seem to me to be vertebrates. Starfish also grow back missing arms.
Snakes can, geko's can.
