The Eevee evolutions are Leafeon, you need to talk to the Moss Rock in the Eterna Forest and then level it up once in order to evolve it, Jolteon which you need to use a Thunderstone on Eevee in order to evolve it, Espeon which requires high happiness from Eevee and then you have to level it up during the day which is between 4 AM and 8 PM. Vaporeon, you will need to use a Water Stone on Eevee in order to evolve it into Vaporeon. Flareon which Eevee will evolve into if you use a Fire Stone on it. Umberon, Eevee requires high happiness and then you have to level it up at night which is between 8 PM and 4 AM and the last evolution of Eevee is Glaceon which you can evolve Eevee into by leveling it up by the Ice Rock in Route 217.
Eevee, the evolution pokémon, has many forms of evolution here are the current evolutions, the generation each evolution originated in and how to get each one. You cannot obtain evolutions for later generations in previous games. This means it would be impossible to get a leafeon in Pokémon Ruby for example.
1st generation:
vaporeon - use a Water Stone
flareon - use a Fire Stone
jolteon - use a Thunder Stone
2nd generation:
umbreon - max out your eevee's happiness and level it up during nighttime
espeon - max out your eevee's happiness and level it up during daytime
4th generation:
leafeon - have your eevee level up near the mossy rock in Eterna Forest
glaceon - have your eevee level up near the icy rock on route to Snowpoint City

umbreon
no, all the Pokemon in black and white are new; there are no evolutions of old Pokemon...
Unfortunately, no, there aren't any other eevees in Pokemon FR/LG, but wait until after you beat the elite four - On Four Island, you can breed your eevee (or any of it's evolutions) with a ditto, and you'll have plenty of eevees.
Eevees
Eevee is breeded by three ways. The first is if you have two eevees (Boy and Girl). The second is use two of eevees evolutions. The last is use one eevee and breed it with a ditto. Hope this helps!
Girl Eevees are rare. Because more than 95% of the time boy Eevees hatch instead of Girls. Out of my overall 60 Eevees, 55 are boys. But it is possible.
probably the same way you got it in gold and silver before battle all the girls with eevees evolutions in ecretek city(expect glaceon or leafeon i don't really know) and the man with the rhydon will give it to you after youhave defeated them all.
It will be luck because i have 33 Eevees and 27 of them are boys. Boy Eevees are more common.
