Lethe = one of the rivers in the Underworld; river of forgetfulness
Mnemosyne = The Titan goddess of memory and the mother of the nine Muses.
Technically, she isn't a goddess, but a Titan. Her name is Mnemosyne. The Greek spirit Lethe was also the spirit of forgetfulness. One of the rivers of Hades, Lethe, was also associated with memory loss, even if a drop of water touched you, you forgot everything, or so the Myths say.
