My wife responded to an e-mail offer from Robert Allen for a business trial offer of $39.95 The offer came with a refund guarantee if not satisfied. She paid the money and received some instructions on how to download some books and other things. We read through some of these materials and we came to the conclusion that this is not the type of business we are willing to spend our time in. She called to cancel but the person she spoke with says that someone will get back with her. No one called, so she continued to call each week and finally after 30 days, someone talked to her and told her that the refund guarantee is only good for 30 days and that day happened to be the 31st day. She also found out that Robert Allen charged her credit card to a tune of over $200 dollars--$39.95 X 6 times in 30 days. Needless to say, we never got our money back---I would say, we definitely got scammed. He took every penny we had in our bank account, two weeks before we were to get paid again from our jobs. These type of people prey on the needy--and the funny thing about it is that he claimed to be a christian. Try explaining to God what you did to us when you meet him. As for us, we will take this as a learning experience and move on. Please do yourself a favor, stay clear of this man and the scams that he represents. These people are heartless and brutal--they will take everything you have without blinking an eye.
