It depends on the opinions of people. The game received only average reviews from critics but for many gamers, they find the game very enjoyable. Notably, some Call of Duty gamers despise Counter Strike as they claim that CS stole the ideas from COD. Personally, I think that they are just jealous that CS requires more skill and combat abilities than COD. Furthermore, COD campers are not warmly welcomed by CS gamers and there is a significant age difference (or gap) between the two communities.
