Usually the guys like that don't like anyone.They try to hangout with everyone and pretend that they love everyone.It is kind of difficult to know that whether that guy likes you or not.You can try different things to get to know that.First try just to not give him too much room.Then slowly and gradually minimize your and his interaction with him.If he may like you then he will try to talk to you every time.You can then just talk when usually he is there.Talk small and smart and leave the conversation as soon as possible.
Try to ask your friends if they can ask him indirectly whether he likes you or not.If you get an answer like yes that you are probably going to get then you can go for it.But usually guys who are flirty are not trust worthy so you can give it shot but don't make it too serious at the start.
