In case they would recognize their moral value to be 'bad' it by definition ceases to be a moral value ('moral' being defined as being 'good' or 'desireable'), even if they continue the resulting behaviour for whatever reason (for instance because of social or peer pressure or the adherance to a different, more important, value).
So technically the answer should be: the question is unanswerable and meaningless when posed without context and reference frame as morals are always changing.
