- Always, ALWAYS ask the cosplayer before you take a picture of them. If they don't want their picture taken, just politely accept it.
- Use flash if the room/place is dark.
- Try different angles when taking pictures -- you might find one that might flatter the cosplayer the best. Don't just take a picture passport-photo way.
