Boys seem to like girls with longer hair, probably because it makes them look different from boys and makes them look more feminine. They appreciate girls who dress modestly, because they respect them more. Girls who wear trashy clothing will get their sensual attention, but if you want to be respected by a teen boy then choose to dress modestly, because it will build more of a friendship than the boy just wanting to sleep with you.
