The duties of the financial secretary is to make sure that all bills each month is paid on time and they are to distribute the end of year statements to each member. They are to make sure that everything that is concerning the financial report be given to the pastor and keep the deacons abreast of what is happening with the finances. They are to make sure that all supplies that they used to help in getting their work done in the financial room is up to date and kept stock. They are not to discuss any financial matters with other members of the church unless the Pastor indicate that their will be a members meeting for the whole congregation. They are not to talk about who is paying tithes or who is not with anyone but the Pastor. What is done or said in the financial room should stay in the financial room. They should most of all be a child of God that not only work in the financial room but also who serves as a dedicated member in prayer meeting, bible study, and Sunday school.
