Young people are seeing Franchising as a very feasible business opportunity and career path. They are in charge of their own destiny. 1. Tried & tested :Generally restaurant concept is already tried & tested , so there is lesser risk of the concept to fail on the restaurateur's part .

2. Market positioning :Since the franchised brand& is not a new one is already having its restaurant in the market so there is less efforts on the part of running activitite to position the brand, however few local marketing is needed initially to attract the footfalls.

3. Sales benchmarking : The benchmark for the sales is already set up & this makes easy on the part for a new restaurateur to have know how much sales is needed or generated .

4. Support from the franchisor : Franchisor mostly provides the support for marketing activities , Staffing & Training , so there is not much of burden alone on the owner's end.

5. Identification of location Agreement & Help in site inspection : The franchisor also supports in selection of the site & looks in to the relevant agreements ,so this helps for the new restaurateur who are unaware about the agreement terms & knowledge about the site.

6. Maintenance of Inventory & billing :There is a well maintained support system for billing & process for Maintaining the inventory , as this practice generally tends to be similar for all the franchised restaurants .

7. Negotiated Annual Rate & Contracts : Due to the presence of the brand the restaurateur generally gets a good negotiated deals on the inventory or deals .
