London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Liverpool and Leeds I believe but its quite different if you look at conurbations. Often a city will be at the centre of a Conurbation so will be important but officially the city itself might not be so big like Manchester.

London would still be top then either Manchester or the west midlands conurbation
