There are no universal letters for the zoom function. It will depend upon your software.
In Google Earth the keyboard controls for Zoom are as follows: Zoom In: + (plus) key, PgUp key Zoom Out: - (minus) key (both keyboard and numpad), PgDn key Tip: to use the 'Page Down' key, make sure 'Num Lock' on your keyboard is off. Also, the Scroll wheel on the mouse can zoom in and out.
Easiest way is with keyboard, press Ctrl and + sign at same time to zoom in and Ctrl and - sign on keyboard to zoom out. Keyboard must be in English input other languages will not work if you have Photoshop with English installed.
