do you mean complete stomach removal? well if its complete you will have to eat through a tube or intravenously, however research has already been able to come up with an artificial stomach that will make everything as it was before. If it a partial or almost complete removal its like if you had your stomach stapled, u eat very little but u have to eat frequent meals its no different, however u may have bile liquid build up causing fullness but no worries it will go away soon after. The stomach is very elastic, so if you eat more frequent it will grow faster and soon enough you will get back to normal. The recuperation has alot to do with the patients willingness to overcome it, and also your oncologist knowledge, its a very powerful cancer, but its only as powerful as you let it be. I strongly recommend you put in lentil soup into your diet, onions, a good vitamin c supplement, broccoli, fruits, garlic. You or whoever is battling cancer will need to eat a form of beans as i said i prefer lentils because they are rich in iron, copper and vitamins that boost the immune system this will battle anemia. Garlic or onions added to food will battle cancerous cells, and broccoli w/ vitamin c fruits like apples preferable will be another boost and battle for cancer. Its very similar to a bodybuilding diet. Basically this is the lifestyle change that you will have to do, this type of diet. You can eat what you want but make this your base food. Fish, lentils, garlic, onions, broccoli, apples, and natural beans will make you cancer free or prevent u from aquiring cancer. Everything causes lifestyle changes your life wont be a mess afterwords, you will still be able to party, work, have sex, and enjoy life. My grandmother is battling this cancer right now, and she has fought if for over 10 years because of her diet(what i told you above) doctors don't know what to say or do. I had my entire stomach removed in 1971. So it is possible to live a normal life. There are some things you adjust to such a throwing up. You do it and it's over. I lost weight but have now a normal size for my height. I did not have cancer. All the blood vessels in my stomach broke and there was no choice. The doctor had never done this operation. Most doctors don't believe me at first when I say the whole thing was taken out. It has been 40 years. If you have any questions, please ask.

Partial or total gastrectomyGastrectomySurgical removal of all or part of the stomach is called a gastrectomy, but often when you want to indicate that only a part of the stomach was removed you would use hemigastrectomy.GastrectomyGastrectomygastrectomy
Not lifestyle, regrettably. Dietary changes are required. Avoid all foods with wheat.
Wow, that's a hard one. Definitely the least severe is the gallbladder, but it is a dice toss for the other two... both require radical changes in lifestyle. The prognosis is possibly worse for life without a pancreas, since you would have to be on so many medications the rest of your life... but the lifestyle change might be worse for stomach removal, since you would have to radically change the way that you eat, and learn to reevaluate life without hunger... keeping yourself going through habit rather than having that hint. :) I guess I vote for stomach, but I hope I never have to lose my pancreas or my stomach. The gallbladder wasn't a big deal at all. :)

It doesn't, only realizing your potential will do that, if your goal is indeed to change your lifestyle.
