The limitations of computers is the ingenuity of man. There is no limit that I see to how fast or powerful computers can be as long as people keep developing them and innovating them.

Answernone AnswerComputers are a man-made machine and it only does things that the human programs it to do, but in a more efficient and faster way. If we train it to do mathematical things, it will solve it for us faster. If we want it to store huge amount of data, it will do it for us.

However, they do not have common sense. We cant teach it to think morally or ethically. It just does what we tell it to do. They will never experience human emotions or concepts...it will only provide us the foundation and software to allow us to enter them into its system, but they will not process it like humans do.

Its limitations is how much data we put into it. How much memory it has. Its life expectancy is how long the hardware survives. They get replaced easily because as the years passes, the technology and components get better.

Their limitations is how we built them.

The only thing that limits a computer is the components inside of it. Home computers are limited to minor things like heavy video encoding, but if you tell it to calculate the first billion digits of pi then it will freeze. Computers are limitless, the more you add to it the more the limits evaporate. Computers like the Blue Gene project, that can model things you can't even begin to imagine.

1.Humans learn by them selves Computers cant, we have to program them.

2.Humans dont Need computers to survive... we grow our own food in the world, but computers need Electricity... and computers dont know how to make it. they probably dont even know how to, it might be in a server but Computers dont "realise"

3. Humans have freedom... computers are programmes... we switch them on, wait a minute (dont do nothing) and the computers just sits there doing nothing wereas we can go off and have a party.

4. Computers might know alot like the calculators answers, but humans are smarter because we programmed it

5. computers dont know how to write by them selves... we have to be pressing buttons.

6. If i acciddently hit the computer on the wall it breaks, if i acciddently hit my hand it heals!

What are three limitations of computers?

Computers can only operate by how they are programmed. Computers don't understand nuances of thought, feeling, or action. Computers can record verbatim, but can never capture subtle meanings-- unless we write out the subtleties.

Does it mean that computer is mechanical or has no limitation?

No, it does not mean that a computer is mechanical. A computer is an electronic device that can process and store data. While computers have advanced capabilities, they still have limitations in terms of processing speed, memory capacity, and other hardware specifications.

When computers first came out did they do a lot?

The early first generation computers could do most of the things modern computers can do, and a few things modern computers can't. Their main limitations were very small memories (modern computers with gigabytes of RAM and terabytes of disk appear to have unlimited resources compared to the early machines) and slow speeds due to the large logic signal swings of vacuum tubes (sometimes up to 200V between low and high).
