This is not a very good question. Not everyone takes business law. You would be better off asking the other students in your class what they received on the test, as I do not attend your school, nor am I a business major.
They are business people. If they are legitimate business people they will have to adhere to business laws, so business law is of major relevance to them. There are many rules and laws that they have to comply with. If they don't and they are caught out, they could be out of business and even have a very serious case to answer, and could even end up in prison.
